Kolkata: In a move aimed at strengthening digital healthcare infrastructure, Kolkata-based technology firm SRM Ornik AI Tech Private Limited has introduced three AI-powered solutions tailored for doctors and clinics. The launch marks a step toward making healthcare services more efficient, technology-driven, and patient-centric.
The services were officially unveiled on Tuesday at a press conference held at the Kolkata Press Club. The launch was led by the company’s Chief Executive Officer Dr Shatarupa Mondal and Co-Founder Gyan Srivastava.
Addressing the media, the founders said the initiative is designed to help doctors—ranging from individual practitioners to large clinics—manage daily operations, patient communication, and digital outreach more effectively, thereby reducing administrative workload and improving overall service delivery.
The first solution, Clinic Pro Plus, is an AI-enabled clinic and practice management system. It offers features such as multi-clinic and multi-store inventory management, simplified billing, revenue dashboards, AI-based error detection, automated patient communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and email, integrated pharmacy management, data-driven analytics, and AI-supported digital prescriptions aligned with medical guidelines.
The second offering, Ninety Nine AI Tech, focuses on online reputation and digital presence management for doctors and clinics. The service provides AI-driven digital branding, search engine optimisation, professionally designed mobile-responsive websites with hosting and SSL, appointment booking systems, WhatsApp integration, and year-round automated social media management. According to the company, this helps medical professionals reduce dependence on expensive traditional marketing while ensuring consistent online visibility.
The third initiative, Ninety Nine Clinics Online, is an AI-managed, on-demand doctor–patient aggregator platform. It enables patients to connect easily with doctors, while clinicians benefit from real-time AI support during consultations, enhancing speed and efficiency.
Company officials stated that the three solutions have been developed with the objective of accelerating digital transformation in healthcare. By minimising administrative pressures, the platforms aim to allow doctors to focus more on patient care, while improving accessibility, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services.
With this launch, SRM Ornik AI Tech positions Kolkata as an emerging contributor to AI-driven healthcare innovation in the country.
