India Autism Center Signs MoU with Ruskin Mill Trust to Advance Neurodiversity Care and Education in India

New Delhi : India Autism Center (IAC), a pioneering non-profit organisation committed to building an inclusive, world-class ecosystem for autistic individuals and people with related developmental disabilities, has formalised a strategic partnership with Ruskin Mill Trust, an internationally recognised institution based in Nailsworth, England. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed on November 25, 2025, marks a significant step toward strengthening neurodiversity-focused education, therapeutic support, and employability pathways across India.

The collaboration aims to foster long-term exchange of expertise, research, and best practices between the two organisations. As part of the agreement, IAC and Ruskin Mill Trust will share research insights, operational frameworks, and case-based knowledge to elevate global standards in neurodiversity care and programme delivery.

A key focus of the partnership is the development of specialised vocational and life-skills training programmes, aimed at improving workplace readiness and economic independence for neurodiverse individuals. The alliance will also facilitate access to shared resources, emerging technologies, and advanced therapeutic practices to expand the scope and impact of neuro-inclusive services in the country.

Speaking about the significance of the collaboration, Jaishankar Natarajan, Chief Executive Officer and Director of India Autism Center, said:
“By joining hands with Ruskin Mill Trust, we aim to integrate international expertise and evidence-based methodologies into our programmes. This collaboration will open new avenues for training, therapeutic tools, and developmental support, benefiting neurodiverse individuals and their families.”

Reflecting on the partnership, Keith Griffiths, Academic Director, Ruskin Mill Centre for Practice & Hiram Education and Research Team, added:

Through this strategic alliance, IAC and Ruskin Mill Trust aim to create sustainable, scalable frameworks that enhance learning outcomes, expand therapeutic access, and foster independent, meaningful futures for neurodiverse communities in India.
