Barrackpore : Tanishq, India’s largest jewellery retail brand from the Tata Group, has launched its new grand store in Barrackpore, West Bengal. The store was inaugurated by Bengali actress Mimi Chakraborty along with Sunil Raj, Retail Head, Tanishq.
To mark the inauguration, Tanishq has announced a special customer offer under which buyers will receive a free gold coin on every purchase. The offer is valid from February 6 to February 8, 2026. The store is located at Tanishq, 6(4), S.N. Banerjee Road, Town Square Building, Barrackpore Cantt, near New Court, Barrackpore.
Spread across 5,400 square feet, the store showcases a wide range of Tanishq’s jewellery collections, including plain gold, diamond, kundan, polki and studded solitaire designs. The store features the festive collection ‘Nav-Raani’, inspired by royal courts and heritage, along with ‘Elan’, a modern jewellery line designed for confident women. It also includes ‘KonkonKotha’, which reflects Bengal’s cultural heritage through intricately crafted festive bangles.
In addition, customers can explore contemporary daily-wear jewellery from the ‘GlamDays’ collection and lightweight, modern designs from ‘Unbound’, a natural diamond collection celebrating individuality. The store also houses ‘Rivaah’, Tanishq’s dedicated wedding jewellery sub-brand, offering region-specific bridal designs and a comprehensive wedding shopping experience.
Speaking at the launch, Sunil Raj, Retail Head, Tanishq, said the new store strengthens the brand’s presence in West Bengal and brings trusted quality, transparent pricing, and a wide range of designs closer to customers in Barrackpore.
