Kolkata: Rayush Natural Fiber Pvt Ltd emerged as the winner of the Kolkata Chapter Finals of the TiE Women Global Pitch Competition 2025, held on 19th September. The event brought together some of the region’s most promising women-led startups, showcasing innovation, resilience, and the growing strength of women entrepreneurship.
The competition is part of TiE Global, a Silicon Valley-based non-profit dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship worldwide. With nearly 30 chapters across India, TiE plays a vital role in nurturing startups and creating an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Namrata Soni, Founder of Rayush Natural Fiber Pvt Ltd, will now represent TiE Kolkata at the TiE Global Summit 2026 in Jaipur this January, where she will compete against winners from other global chapters. The global champion will win an equity-free cash prize of USD 50,000, a boost designed to accelerate their entrepreneurial journey.

The finalists were evaluated by an esteemed jury on parameters such as innovation, team strength, product-market fit, competitive edge, financial and operational viability, and go-to-market strategy. Winners and runners-up received cash prizes along with a complimentary one-year TiE Kolkata membership.

The competition saw participation from some of India’s most dynamic women-led ventures, including Kartavya Life, Triyank Hair Extensions, Ecoviha Industries Pvt Ltd, Labdig Innovations and Systems Pvt Ltd and Rayush Natural Fiber Pvt Ltd.
With its focus on mentorship, visibility and funding, the TiE Women Global Pitch Competition continues to pave the way for women entrepreneurs to take their ventures to the next level, both in India and globally.
