Antipasti – A Royal Bengali Spread
Antipasti, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, has designed a unique buffet menu for each day of Durga Puja, blending traditional Bengali delicacies with innovative twists. Guests can savor festive beverages like Aam Pora and Gondhoraj Lebur Sorbet along with authentic starters such as Enchorer Cutlet, Bhetki Bhaja, Pur Bhora Maach, Haser Dimer Devil, and more.

- Saptami’s Chamok: Raanir Pulao Raajnandini, Goalondor Steamer Murgir Jhol, Reyazi Khashir Karshaji, Chingri Putli.
- Ashtami’s Chamok: Shorshe Bhetki Maach, Mutton Roganjosh, Anglo-Indian Chicken Duckbanglow, Barishali Bati Chingri.
