Kolkata: The Rudraksh Foundation has officially launched HEKA, a first-of-its-kind medical web app designed to provide patients and their families with a seamless, stress-free, and complete healthcare experience. The app brings together treatment, transportation, and accommodation services — all under one digital platform.
The launch event took place at Rotary Sadan, Room No. 102, and was graced by Dr. R. Homechaudhuri (Rotary District Governor 3291) as the Chief Guest. Distinguished guests included PDG Rtn. Amitava Mookerjee (Rotary PDG 3291), Rtn. Dr. Purnendu Roy (Chairman, Genesis Hospital) and Debjyoti Bhattacharya (CEO, KPC Medical Hospital College) as Guests of Honour.
The initiative has been spearheaded by Dr. Moumita Kundu, Founder of Rudraksh Foundation, who emphasized that HEKA aims to simplify access to healthcare by connecting patients with trusted medical services in a transparent and compassionate manner.
The Rudraksh Foundation has been serving the community for over a decade through various initiatives in medical education, awareness programs, and free healthcare camps dedicated to the welfare of humanity.
