Kolkata: Bharti Airtel has expanded the benefits available with its family postpaid plans of ₹999 and above, adding Apple’s iCloud+ along with Apple TV and Apple Arcade to the offering.
The latest addition brings cloud storage, entertainment and gaming benefits into Airtel’s existing family postpaid proposition, giving customers access to multiple Apple services through a single plan.
Under the updated offering, Airtel customers can use iCloud+ to store and sync photos, files, passwords, contacts and other personal information across Apple devices. The service also supports secure backups, allowing users to restore their digital content when setting up a new device.
The package also includes Apple TV, which offers access to Apple’s original series and films, and Apple Arcade, which provides a catalogue of games without advertisements or in-app purchases.
What Airtel’s ₹999 family plan offers
Airtel’s ₹999 family postpaid plan covers a family of three and includes unlimited data with Fastlane technology, along with spam protection and access to entertainment subscriptions.
With the addition of iCloud+, Apple TV and Apple Arcade, the plan now combines mobile connectivity with cloud storage, video streaming and gaming services.
Airtel said customers interested in the upgraded plans can make the switch through the Airtel App or by visiting an Airtel store.
Amit Tripathi, Director, Market Operations, Bharti Airtel, said the company was focusing on bringing connectivity and digital services together in its family postpaid plans.
“Our family postpaid plans are designed around this belief — bringing together connectivity, entertainment and digital experiences that matter to the entire family, all through a single plan,” Tripathi said.
He added that the inclusion of Apple’s services is aimed at offering customers additional value through the existing family postpaid proposition.
