Kolkata : With Durga Puja celebrations bringing thousands of people to Kolkata’s popular pandals, Airtel has introduced an exclusive Fast Lane Entry facility for its postpaid customers at Tala Prattoy and Deshapriya Park from October 16 to 20, 2026.

The initiative aims to make pandal hopping more convenient by helping eligible customers spend less time waiting in queues and more time enjoying the festivities with family and friends.

Under this special offering, Airtel Postpaid customers can access Fast Lane Entry at both pandals. The initiative also includes Airtel Postpaid-branded golf carts for pandal hopping, adding to the convenience of the festive experience.

Durga Puja is one of Kolkata’s biggest annual celebrations, attracting large crowds to renowned puja pandals across the city. Long queues and heavy footfall can often make visiting multiple locations challenging. Through this initiative, Airtel aims to offer its postpaid customers a smoother and more comfortable way to experience the celebrations.

Alongside the priority-entry facility, Airtel highlighted the role of its network and Fast Lane technology in helping customers stay connected during the festive rush. The company said customers can share photographs and videos and remain connected with friends and family amid the crowds.

The initiative is part of Airtel’s Postpaid Advantage Club, through which the telecom operator offers exclusive experiences and privileges beyond its regular connectivity services.

Eligible Airtel Postpaid customers can visit the Airtel App to check registration details, eligibility criteria and applicable terms and conditions for accessing the facility.
