Kolkata: Ola Mobility, India’s largest ride-hailing platform, announces its airport operations services at Kolkata’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport. Ola started these services on February 21.
Following its successful airport transfer services in Kolkata in early February, its operation in Kolkata marks a step ahead in Ola’s efforts to expand services in key metro cities across India. With this, Ola aims to elevate the overall experience for both riders and driver partners in these cities.
As a part of this service, Ola has also introduced dedicated pickup zones at Kolkata Airport, to elevate customer experience. This exclusive area is located in order to minimize waiting times, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for riders. Furthermore, Ola will have a dedicated team of representatives available 24×7 to manage the airport operations. This round-the-clock manpower assistance is designed to address any rider queries or concerns, further enhancing the overall airport transfer experience.

As part of this effort, driver partners are granted special privileges, including the exclusive opportunity to stage their cabs in the designated Ola pickup zone. Additionally, dedicated parking spaces for pickups, with a generous allowance of up to 2 hours, have been allocated to facilitate smooth operations for drivers.
