Dubai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Danube Group Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan have reunited for the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a luxury waterfront residential development in Dubai Maritime City.
The project marks the next phase of the partnership between Khan and Danube Properties following the launch of Shahrukhz by Danube, a commercial tower that the developer said sold out on its launch day.
According to Danube Properties, Shahrukhz Residences will be a fully furnished residential tower, with apartments starting at AED 1.65 million. The project offers a flexible payment plan under which buyers will pay 30% during construction and the remaining 70% upon handover.
The developer has positioned the project as the world’s first celebrity-named residential tower, with the development offering waterfront views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.
Adding to the project’s luxury positioning, the penthouses have been designed by Gauri Khan, interior designer and wife of Shah Rukh Khan. Her involvement is expected to give the premium residences a distinctive design identity.
The development will feature more than 40 lifestyle amenities, including a Longevity Lounge offering cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a red-light therapy bed and infrared sauna. Other facilities will include aqua-themed play areas, sports amenities, children’s daycare, cycling and jogging tracks, and entertainment spaces.
The project will also feature an exclusive King’s Club on the rooftop, while residents will have access to a private yacht as part of the development’s premium lifestyle offering.
