Kolkata: An evening of inspiration, innovation, and design unfolded at JW Marriott, Kolkata, on March 10, 2025, as Narayana Schools presents Femina GameChangers East 2025 and Times Design Ikons East 2025 honored exemplary individuals reshaping their industries. Marking its first edition in Kolkata, Femina GameChangers East 2025 celebrated trailblazers across various domains, while Design Ikons East 2025 also made its debut in the city, bringing together the region’s finest design visionaries. The dual celebrations united an eclectic mix of achievers, dignitaries, and thought leaders, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening of recognition, design excellence, and inspiration.
Narayana Schools presents Femina GameChangers East 2025 began with a ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by the prestigious awards ceremony. The honorees included Rukmini Maitra, Subhashree Ganguly, Ritabhari Chakraborty, Paoli Dam, Dona Ganguly, Kiran Uttam Ghosh, Madhu Neotia, Priyanka Mukherjee, Akriti Kakar, among others—all celebrated for their groundbreaking contributions in their respective domains.
The evening at Times Design Ikons East 2025 began with a thought-provoking panel discussion on ‘Cultural Crossroads: Global Trends, Local Roots,’ where industry leaders Abin Choudhari, Ajay Arya, Kiran Shetty, Sonali Bhagwati, Pooja Bihani and others explored the evolving role of technology, sustainability, and cultural influences in shaping modern design. The discussion was followed by an engaging Q&A session, sparking insightful conversations. The event also honored exceptional individuals for their contributions to architecture and design, including Ajit Jain, Pankaj Sultania, Oeindrila Ray Kapur, Swarup Dutta, Arunika Sarkar, Devyani Jaiswal, and Aanchhal Bhuwalka, who were recognized for their remarkable achievements.
The event brought together a distinguished lineup of attendees, including Kiran Shetty, Abin Choudhari, Pooja Bihani, Sonali Bhagwati, Ajay Arya, Pulin Shah, Ammaor Sanganeria, and Amit Porwal, along with leading architects, designers, and cultural icons, all gathered to celebrate today’s design visionaries.
