Kolkata: CREDAI Kolkata (formerly CREDAI Bengal), the apex body of real estate developers in Kolkata, North and South 24 Parganas, successfully hosted its 36th Annual General Meeting at ITC Royal Bengal, Kolkata.
The highlight of the evening was the Change-of-Guard Ceremony, where Apurva Salarpuria, Executive Director, Salarpuria Group, assumed charge as the President of CREDAI Kolkata for the new term, taking over from Sidharth Pansari, the outgoing President.
The office bearers of CREDAI Kolkata for 2025-26 are:
- Apurva Salarpuria – President
- Ashok Saraf – Vice President
- Pramod Dwivedi – Vice President
The new Managing & Executive Committee Board Members were also formally announced during the ceremony.
Reflecting on his tenure, Sidharth Pansari, outgoing President, expressed gratitude to all members, including the very active Youth Wing, for their commitment towards CREDAI Kolkata’s initiatives, events, and CSR activities. He said:
“Personally, for me this journey of the last two years has been deeply fulfilling. The highlights of my term include increased transparency, enhanced camaraderie among members, and robust and timely liaison pursued for the betterment of the real estate industry in Kolkata and the two Parganas. As I hand over the baton to Mr. Apurva Salarpuria, a fellow CREDAI peer and a good friend, I wish him all success in his tenure.”
Accepting his new role, Apurva Salarpuria, President, CREDAI Kolkata, remarked:
“CREDAI Kolkata has been a key stakeholder in the city’s growth and development for decades. As Kolkata and the surrounding regions continue to grow at an unprecedented pace, our members remain committed to addressing the housing and real estate needs of citizens by developing spaces aligned with their aspirations.”
Marking the occasion, the association also released its Annual Book – ‘Milestones’, showcasing CREDAI Kolkata’s activities and achievements over the past year.
