26th CABLE TV SHOW 2025 Kicks Off in Kolkata; Celebrating 30 Years of CTMA Excellence

Kolkata: The 26th edition of the CABLE TV SHOW 2025, one of India’s largest and most influential trade shows dedicated to digital cable television, broadband, and OTT services in the SAARC region, was formally inaugurated today at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan (Milan Mela), Kolkata. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Subhas Agarwala, National Executive Chairman, Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT).

Organised by the Kolkata-based Cable TV Equipments Traders & Manufacturers Association (CTMA), the three-day B2B mega event will continue till December 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. The show is open to visitors through on-site registration and is expected to attract over 100,000 footfalls during its three-day run.

Marking a significant milestone, CABLE TV SHOW 2025 celebrates 30 years of CTMA’s contribution to the Indian cable and broadcasting industry. What began as a modest initiative has grown into the largest digital cable and broadband exhibition in the SAARC region, mirroring the remarkable evolution of Indian television.

From humble beginnings to becoming the region’s biggest digital cable and broadband exhibition, the show has grown alongside the inspiring story of Indian television. CABLE TV SHOW 2025 is poised to be the largest and most successful edition ever,” said Pawan Jajodia, Chairman, Exhibition, CTMA.

Highlighting CTMA’s role as an industry backbone, Mr Jajodia added,

“For three decades, CTMA has been the consistent voice of the trade in eastern India, supporting cable operators, MSOs, HITS players, ISPs and vendors through regulatory shifts, technological disruptions and emerging opportunities. The Cable TV Show has evolved into a ‘must-visit, must-participate’ B2B platform where partnerships are forged, deals are closed and ideas for future growth take shape.”

The CABLE TV SHOW 2025 features an expanded exhibition area with 90 exhibitors across 90 stalls and 46 pavilions, showcasing the latest technologies, products, solutions and services. The event is drawing industry delegates from across India and SAARC countries, reinforcing its status as a premier B2B platform.

CATV SHOW 2025 offers operators and visitors a hands-on experience of the latest innovations. Alongside exhibitions, the show also hosts seminars and B2B meetings to strengthen industry collaboration,” said K K Binani, Secretary, CTMA.

More than 10,000 industry professionals—including cable operators, MSOs, traders, manufacturers, broadcasters, OTT professionals, buyers and importers from India and overseas—are expected to attend the event.
