Compliance-ready cybersecurity solution aims to protect hybrid enterprises with AI-powered, unified security architecture
Kolkata : As cyber threats continue to escalate in scale and sophistication in the AI-driven digital era, Airtel Business, the B2B arm of Bharti Airtel, has launched Airtel Secure Workforce — India’s first fully-managed and unified Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)-based security platform designed to secure enterprises operating with hybrid workforces.
The company said the new platform delivers an end-to-end, compliance-ready cybersecurity stack that protects users, devices, applications, networks and enterprise data while significantly reducing operational complexity and security costs.
With cyberattacks becoming increasingly targeted and AI-powered, businesses across sectors are facing mounting pressure to strengthen digital security. According to industry data, more than two million cybersecurity incidents were reported in 2025 alone, highlighting the urgent need for advanced and proactive defence systems.
Powered by Airtel’s pan-India network infrastructure and backed by 24×7 managed security expertise, Airtel Secure Workforce is designed to offer enterprises continuous protection while reducing the burden of managing multiple fragmented security systems.
The solution is also built to support compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and includes features such as audit-grade logs, structured incident workflows, data movement controls and governance-ready monitoring systems.
Speaking on the launch, Sharat Sinha said, “Enterprises today are under mounting pressure to protect end users and devices from constantly evolving AI-powered cyber threats. Airtel Secure Workforce combines connectivity and managed security with 24×7 expert vigilance to protect users, devices and data anytime, anywhere. Its unified architecture can help enterprises optimise up to 30% of their security spending while enabling them to stay focused on business growth.”
Designed specifically for the modern hybrid workforce, the platform addresses key enterprise challenges such as tool overload, alert fatigue and shortage of cybersecurity talent. By replacing multiple disconnected security systems with a single integrated platform, Airtel Secure Workforce enhances endpoint detection, response capabilities and secure remote access across organisations.
The platform’s unified dashboard offers enterprises a consolidated view across networks, users, endpoints and applications, helping security teams monitor and manage threats more efficiently. It also provides visibility into unsanctioned cloud and AI-based applications being used within organisations.
As part of the rollout, Airtel Business has also launched the Airtel Secure Workforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) — a live demonstration environment hosted on Airtel Cloud that allows enterprises to experience the platform before large-scale deployment.
