RPF Saves Life Of Another Passenger At Howrah

Eastern Railway Forces Travel West Bengal

Kolkata: Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Eastern Railway extends help to passenger in distress. In another incident at Howrah station in the night of 12th October, RPF appears to be the saviour of a passenger trying to board a running train.

13071 UP Howrah – Jamalpur Express while started from Platform no. 8 of Howrah station at about 09:40PM on 12th October, one male person namely Tahir Mahaldur from Murshidabad hurriedly tried to board in this train and lost his balance and fell down between the gap of train and platform.

Observing the situation, on-duty RPF constable Swapan Mondal instantly reacted to save the passenger and pulled out the passenger from the deadly situation and placed him safely on the platform.

After such miraculous escape with the support of RPF personnel, the passenger expressed his gratitude to the RPF of Eastern Railway for extending such help to the passenger in need.
