Kolkata: Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (DCBL), one of India’s leading cement manufacturers, celebrated the skill and dedication of 431 senior contractors across Eastern India through its flagship initiative, ‘Aap Hain Sachche Viswakarma’. Among them, 125 veteran contractors from West Bengal were specially recognised for their decades of contribution to building homes, nurturing communities, and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
As part of the celebrations, each honouree was felicitated with a shawl, a memento, a wall clock, and a photo album documenting their lifelong journey in the construction trade. The ceremonies, attended by Dalmia Cement representatives, dealers, families, and the contractor community, fostered a spirit of pride and camaraderie.
