RPF personnel forestall as two men exchange blows at Netaji Bhawan metro station

Kolkata: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) staff extricated two person from drubbing. Reportedly, the incident took place at Netaji Bhawan metro station around 1:00PM on 10th October.

While getting off from a Dumdum bound metro at Netaji Bhawan, two men who were engaged in a verbal spat came to blows. During the mayhem, the middle aged man punched the elderly man on his forehead and left him bleed.

Witnessing the situation the on duty RPF staff intervened and came to the rescue. After being aware of the circumstances, other RPF staffs, metro staffs and Kolkata Police posted at the metro station rushed to the spot and tackled the situation. The RPF staffs provided first aid and primary care to the injured elderly passenger.
